Second Notification
The second notification in the form of a Final Disconnect Notice will be mailed to accounts that have more than $75.00 past due. The past due amount must be paid in full or suitable payment arrangements made by the specified due date on the mailed notice. Payments must be received by 3:00PM on regularly scheduled business days to be considered for same day reconnection. After 3:00PM, reconnections will occur the next business day.
If the member does not pay the past due amount or establish a payment arrangement plan by the specified due date identified on the Final Disconnect Notice, service will then be disconnected.
If personnel arrive to disconnect, the member may pay the entire account balance including past and current bill to avoid disconnection. Please note, if service is disconnected, in order to have service reconnected due to non-payment, the member must pay the entire account balance including past and current bill, a security deposit, as well as the cost associated with disconnecting and reconnecting (fees).
